SUPERVISION AND PMO SERVICES







The purpose of this paragraph is to define a general scope of project supervision services that can be provided by Alroukn in the field of Project Supervision and Contract administration. This service is referred to as a demonstration of Supervision Services provided by our company.
OBJECTIVES:
Alroukn general objectives are, and not limited to:
- Ensure phased hand over to allow completion of the project and start.
- Return on investment.
- Completion of project with zero fatality and zero major environmental Incident.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish a long term, trusting relationship with Client and all partners.
- Completion of the Project within target schedule.
- Completion of the Project within target budget.
- Proper supervision of the Project risks.
- Implementation in best practice.
These objectives will be communicated to the Project Team, whose responsibility is to adopt the Project objectives at their level and ensure that they are met.
Achievement of those objectives is monitored through supervision of indicators, reviewed on a regular basis and revised as needed.
NARRATIVE STRATEGY FOR PROJECT SUPERVISION:
During the project implementing phases Alroukn site staff will supervise the project, and the Project Supervision strategy includes the following:
- IN THE CONSTRUCTION STAGE:
The supervision for all concoction activities will be done as per Alroukn workflow procedure that will insure sharing of several expert candidates in execution of the supervision function. The project manager’s decision and response will be always through second approval and authorization by a specialist from Alroukn in addition to owner representative approval.
All this to avoid individualism in the PM decisions and to ensure optimum performance of the supervision team based on sharing of specialized candidates as per Alroukn workflow procedure.
At the starting stage, the project supervision team shall develop the strategy and define the targets for Resources, Interfaces Supervision, Information, documentation, procurement, contracts, communication and reporting and identify clearly the requirements for project control system.
- IN THE CLOSING STAGE:
Closing procedures will be implemented by Alroukn project team, change supervision, operational requirements, administrative closure to insure testing & commissioning & completion of the project.
The completion certificate will be issued by Alroukn supported by the onsite team and approved by the Client.
Compiling closed out data and final dossiers shall be handled by Alroukn to the Client, support of which must be provided by the Supervisory team.
SCOAPE OF SERVICES:
The scope of service could be summarized to following:
- Construction supervision:
The Site team along with Alroukn daily work experts will provide full project supervision and control of all activities provided. Proper support and cooperation will be provided by everyone involved in the project.
The site team will have wide support technically by the senior staff dedicated to the project working from the Head Office.
- Project Control:
Major construction projects are complex undertakings, often involving dozens of subcontractors and suppliers, thousands of workers, and millions of SAR in material, equipment, and services. Orchestrating such operations demands first-rate construction supervision- which has provided many years for normal and high scale projects.
